What does it do
Inspiring’s bespoke Wellbeing survey measures the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of your employees, as well as identifying areas where you can improve wellbeing within the workplace. These improvements could be as simple as changing the lighting in certain areas of the office, or creating a small breakout area.
How we do it
Inspiring will work in partnership with you throughout; from the survey design, testing, launch, response handling and reporting. Every aspect will be tailored to your specific business needs.
The online survey is compatible with multiple browsers and can be completed on a mobile phone, tablet, laptop or pc. We can also distribute and handle paper surveys. All our surveys are set up to ensure complete confidentiality.
Your results are available within 24 hours of the survey closing. We can provide you with an on-line dashboard allowing you to view your results at different levels, allowing you to drill down specific areas or questions. We will interpret and present the results for you and help you to identify areas that need to be addressed, providing ongoing support if required.
