Keep Calm and Prepare for GDPR

All UK organisations must fully comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) from the 25 May 2018, without exception.

Our one-day GDPR awareness workshop will focus on the elements you need to have in place and provide information and guidance to help you to prepare for the introduction of GDPR.

As well as gaining insights on how to get the most from the new legislation, you’ll be shown examples of best practice around data management, including:

• An example of a Data Protection Policy
• An Information Asset Register mock-up
• A Data Breach Register mock-up
• A example of a Privacy Statement

Attendees should come away with some practical steps in mind for reviewing the collection, use and other processing of personal data in relation to clients, customers, employees, suppliers and third party trading or service agreement, plus some items from our toolkit, such as the Gap Analysis tool. There will also be several exercises and checklists to work on through the day.
